About Hasamisa

Hasamisa Studios is an independent game studio in India, founded in 2024. We build high-fidelity games for PC and Android on Unreal Engine 5 and Unity, and we do our own work on rendering, physics and simulation rather than licensing it in.

What we make

Two games, and the technology underneath them. Red Handed: Crime Scene is a six-player murder investigation built in Unity 6, where the crime is really committed and the case is really proved. Prarambh 2777 is a science-fiction game set on Mars in 2777 AD, built in Unreal Engine 5, fusing Indian traditional design with hard-simulated physics.

Two tools came out of that work. Vayloom Cloth is our real-time cloth solver for Unreal Engine 5, and PhotoBlend puts a layered image editor inside Blender. Both were built to unblock our own production before they were anything else.

How we work

We stay close to the technical side of things. Vayloom Cloth exists because a garment in Prarambh would not behave and we decided to fix the simulation rather than change the costume. We also optimise hard: most players here are not running a 4090, and fidelity that only holds up on expensive hardware is not much use to us.

Founder

Hasamisa was founded by CG Arthr0, a 3D and technical artist who directs the studio's work. Art, look development and technical art run through him directly.
